New Gold

New Gold has a portfolio of two core gold producing assets in Canada, as well as an interest in a development project.

The special projects team asked Sandy Cove Creative to design a Career Description booklet to assist the community recruitment for the Operations Phase of upcoming new mines.

Sandy Cove collaborated with New Gold staff, consultants and existing brand guidelines to develop the 140 page document. The booklet includes details for each job with an overview, responsibilities and education requirements. Each section features a colour coded organization chart and a full page photo. Booklets are digitally printed and pdfs supplied for online use.
